RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says it has arrested a man for allegedly sexually abusing a child, and child endangerment.
Authorities determined 58-year-old Douglas Bailey of Randolph committed crimes following an investigation.
Bailey was arrested and arraigned in Town of South Valley Court, where he was subsequently sent to Cattaraugus County Jail on $20,000 bail.
He is expected to appear in Town of Randolph Court in the future.
