BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — A Rochester man is accused of having inappropriate contact with a 10 year old boy at a department store in Amherst.
The incident took place just after noon.
Police say 29 year old Michael Johnson was arrested following an interview with the victim.
Using video surveillance... police were able to locate the suspect at a nearby restaurant.
Johnson is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and forcible touching.
