BETHANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Pavilion man was arrested after allegedly hitting a house while target-shooting in the Town of Bethany.
Authorities say 27-year-old Benjamen Dills was charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Genesee County Sheriff's deputies say a family was believed to be inside the home at the time the bullet hit the house.
Dills is expected to appear in Town of Bethany Court on June 2nd.
