FREDONIA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police have arrested and accused a man of promoting a sexual performance by a child.
David Tobio was taken into custody by Fredonia Police.
Investigators seized several items from Tobio's residence. Those items were analyzed by the Western New York Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory in Buffalo.
Police have not released any other info regarding the case.
Both Fredonia Police and the FBI are investigating.
