LEWISTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — Lewiston police say a man was arrested for driving through a park and hitting a person.
Police say 38-year-old James Geschwender of Niagara Falls drove through Colonial Village Park on September 29th and hit a person.
Geschwender was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, and Endangering the Welfare of A Child.
The identity of the person who was hit by Geschwender is not clear at this time.
