ALLEGANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's office reports a Town of Allegany man was arrested following an alleged forcible touching incident.
The sheriff's office says deputies responded to the Lantern Motel in the Town of Allegany around 3 a.m. Friday for a reported sex offense.
Investigation revealed 22-year-old Austin Mason touched the intimate areas of an adult victim without permission, according to the sheriff's office.
Mason was taken to Town of Allegany Court for arraignment and released on his own recognizance.
