BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo man accused of shooting at Buffalo Police officers is now charged with two counts of Attempted Murder.

McBride was arrested four days later at a relative's home on Kensington Avenue.

If convicted on all charges, McBride faces a maximum possible sentence of 40 years to life in prison. In the meantime, he's due back in court for a felony hearing on April 15, he's currently being held without bail.
