BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Border Patrol agents on Tuesday announced the arrest of a U.S. citizen for marijuana possession after the discovery of more than a pound of marijuana in the citizen's luggage.
Agents from the Buffalo station arrested the individual after performing a transportation and immigration check at a local bus station.
The suspect faces felony charges of Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree.
