BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Louisiana firefighter who ran the Buffalo Marathon in honor of Timothy Richardson is back in Buffalo to run another race. This time, with Timmy.

The two, along with the local chapter of Ainsley's Angel's, an organization that gives adaptive equipment to children and adults with disabilities, ran the fourth annual Chicken Wing 5K.

"I wanted to be a part of a bigger group so I figured this would be a good spot to start," Timmy said.

Though Timmy does not have a disability, he will be riding in one of the racing chairs while Mast pushes him.

"Being a junior volunteer fireman he's understanding of giving back to the community and as it is and now when he needs help to literally go 13 miles, I'm here to push him," Mast said.
