Loaded gun leads to woman's arrest at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 40-year-old woman has been arrested after a loaded gun was discovered in her luggage at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport.

A spokesperson for the NFTA identifies the woman as Crystal Reven, a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines, of Texas.

According to the NFTA Police, the firearm was found in Reven's carry on bag at the TSA checkpoint early Thursday morning.

The TAPD Investigative Services Unit and the FBI are now investigating.

Reven was charged with criminal possession of a firearm. She was given an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.
