BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — January is learn to ski and snowboard month.
This weekend began with Learn to Love Winter day at Holiday Valley in Ellicottville.
Lots of young children, and some grown-ups as well, took part with a lesson, lift ticket and rental equipment for $25.
There are other discounts and offers taking place for the entire month of January.
COVID protocols are in effect with face masks required for both students and instructors.
