BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Multiple Buffalo police vehicles were in the area of Fillmore Avenue and Urban Street Wednesday afternoon investigating the report of a shooting.
BREAKING: Buffalo police are on scene of a shooting in the 1300 block of gunfire. Reports say one male struck by gunfire. Traffic may be affected in the area.

7 Eyewitness News had a crew at the scene and there were two areas taped off, officers were searching every backyard and side street in the area.
A police source said a person was shot in the head, further investigation revealed the male sustained his injuries during a car crash, he was not shot.
Police say it appears shots were fired in the vicinity at the time of the incident, but the injuries the male sustained were due to a car crash.
