LANCASTER, N.Y. (WKBW) — Police in Lancaster say they've arrested a teenager for possessing pot brownies and marijuana wax.
Authorities say they were responding to reports of a suspicious vehicle on Genesee Street, when they detected a strong odor of marijuana.
Upon arrival, an 18-year-old car operator admitted to having multiple trays of pot brownies and around 7.7 grams of cannabis wax.
Police say they've charged the teen with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and seized the marijuana and brownies for further testing.
