GLENWOOD, N.Y. (WKBW) — The lake effect snow that slammed parts of Ski Country Sunday was a welcome sight for those in the area hoping to get out and enjoy some fresh powder.
It's not the most fun to drive in for some people and it can be a pain to shovel for most, but at Kissing Bridge Sunday the snow was a dream come true.
Earlier this month the slopes were covered in grass and mud rather than snow, Sunday's lake effect coated the slopes in fresh powder.
Kissing Bridge offers skiing, snowboarding and new this year snowshoeing as part of its 60th anniversary celebration.
Starting Monday all the trails and activities at Kissing Bridge will be open for the season.
