LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Lackawanna man is heading to prison after sexually abusing two female co-workers.

While working at a facility for the developmentally disabled, Derrick Cleveland subjected a female co-worker to sexual contact without her consent. According to the Erie County District Attorney's office, the abuse happened on two separate occasions in April and June of 2016. In June of that same year, Cleveland had sexual contact with another female co-worker using forcible compulsion.

Cleveland's two year prison term will be followed by 10 years of post-release supervision. The 51-year-old will also be required to register as a sex offender after his release.
