AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Eggertsville Hose Company rescued a 14 day old kitten from a storm sewer in Amherst Monday Night.
The team responded to Monarch Drive and Harcroft Court after getting a report of cat in the sewer. Eggertsville Hose Company was also assisted by North Bailey Vol. Fire Company.
According to the SPCA Serving Erie County, the kitten is a girl and is doing well. She's headed to a foster home.
