BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The former leader of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club and one of its members are both headed to prison for a double murder and other violent acts.
A judge sentenced club leader David Pirk and member Andre Jenkins Thursday to life in prison.
Pirk was previously found guilty of conspiring with Jenkins to set up the murders. Jenkins is the man who carried out the execution-style attack on two fellow club members.
Paul Maue and Daniel Szymanski were murdered behind the North Tonawanda KMC Chapter Clubhouse in 2014.
Pirk's attorney says his client denies any involvement and will be appealing the judge's decision.
