BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — KeyBank has resolved an issue that temporarily knocked its mobile banking app out of service on Friday.
A bank spokesperson says the disruption was not related to the wind storm that knocked out power to more than 30,000 people in Western New York Friday morning.
"The issue has been resolved and we thank our clients for their patience," said KeyBank Regional Communications Manager Matthew Pitts.
KeyBank, which has a Northeast regional headquarters in Buffalo, is the second largest deposit holder in Western New York.
