ISCHUA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Kenmore woman is facing charges under Leandra’s Law for driving under the influence with two children in her vehicle.
Kristen Walker, 31, is charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
According to state police, Walker failed sobriety tests after she was pulled over August 1 on State Route 16 in the Town of Ischua.
Two children under the age of 16 were passengers in her vehicle.
Walker was released with appearance tickets and is due in Ischua Town Court later this month.
