TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Kenmore woman is accused of driving drunk and speeding on the 290 while five children were in the vehicle, according to New York State Police.

Troopers say Jennifer Conway failed field sobriety tests after being pulled over on Sunday in the Town of Tonawanda.

Conway was driving with children under the age of 16 in the vehicle, according to NYSP. She was arrested and taken to the State Police barracks in Clarence where she was found to have a .19% BAC.

Conway was charged with aggravated DWI, which is Leandra’s law, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was also cited for speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Conway was arraigned in Tonawanda Court and was released after posting $1,000 bail.
