KENMORE, N.Y. (WKBW) — The U.S. Attorney's Office says a 38-year-old Kenmore man has been charged with producing and possessing child pornography.
Investigators say a parent filed a report with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department that David Rubel was texting their daughter who recently turned 16.
Officials say the text messages were sexual in nature, which included images and videos.
If convicted, Rubel would face ten years to life in prison.
