BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man who stabbed his girlfriend to death learned his fate Wednesday morning.
53-year-old Jose Eira Oviedo will spend the next 9 years in prison followed by 5 years of post-release supervision.
It was back on August 15, 2019 when Oviedo attacked 57-year-old Alina Vega-Lantaron during a domestic dispute inside their apartment on 15th Street in Buffalo. Oviedo was also stabbed during the incident.
Oviedo pleaded guilty to Manslaughter on October 30, 2019.
