JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — Jamestown Police are investigating a fatal overnight shooting at 38 Peach Street.
Police were called to the scene just after midnight Thursday, on a report of a shooting. There they found a 43-year-old Angel Ortiz Rodriguez in the side yard of the residence with a gunshot wound to his chest.
He was taken to UPMC Chautauqua where he later died from his injuries.
