BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Jamestown Police officer is suspended without pay after his arrest following an off-duty domestic violence incident.
Ken Nellis was arrested Sunday night and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. He has been issued a civil service charge in addition to the criminal charge.
Nellis has since posted bail following his arraignment.
