HAMBURG, N.Y. (WKBW) — After the Halloween candy, Thanksgiving feast, and all the food associated with the Christmas holiday, you almost feel like you need a detox from all that eating.
Then New Year's rolls along and with it resolutions for the year. But how often do you actually follow through with your new year's resolutions?
At the inaugural winter version of Live Well Buffalo, people could get ideas for how to start working towards their desired lifestyle or take their current routine to the next level.
There was everything from aerial acrobatics to essential oils to CBD dispensers to meal prep companies.
According to Step Out Buffalo founder, and organizer of the event, Emily Morrow, January is the perfect time to do it.
"Everyone is in that health and wellness mindset," she said.
It's what brought Juliana Wright to the event at the Hamburg Fairgrounds.
"It's January so its kinda get back on track from the holidays and try to be a little more healthy this month and the whole year," Wright said.
There's no one right way to get back into the healthy mindset, either. That's why Live Well Buffalo featured over 50 vendors. There were even barre and yoga classes.
