BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Hospice Buffalo is thanking Western New York for its support after a record Spring Bouquet Sale fundraiser.
More than 30,000 bouquets and 45,000 Paula's Donuts were purchased throughout the fundraising drive, which ran March 4-9.
In total, Hospice Buffalo raised $560,000 - the most money of any single event in 33 years.
Hospice Buffalo is one of the largest non-profit hospice and palliative care organizations in the nation, serving nearly 1,000 patients daily.
According to officials, 100% of proceeds benefit Hospice Buffalo patients and their families.
