BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Western New York is doing its part to help those in need during this holiday weekend.
The Explore & More Children's Museum at Canalside in Buffalo is hosting a clothing drive in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The museum is collecting hats, mittens, socks and other warm clothing between now and the 23rd of this month.
The donated items will be distributed to children who live at Gerard Place, which is a transitional shelter for homeless single parent families on Bailey Avenue.
