EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Geneso-based collections agency is expanding into East Aurora and adding more than 100 jobs.
Coast Professional, Inc. will open a 24,000 square foot call center in January. It will be housed in a renovated space at 300 Gleed Avenue.
The company, which provides collections services to more than 200 colleges, universities and government clients, is looking to fill jobs in customer service, support staff and management. Most positions require a high school diploma or equivalent education.
