JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Jamestown man was arrested for receiving unemployment benefits while he was actually employed.

New York State Police said the New York State Department of Labor tipped them off about Daniel MaGee, 42.

They alleged MaGee received more than $3,000 worth of benefits over a five month period.

He's set to appear in Jamestown city court at a later date on charges of insurance fraud and falsifying business records.
