BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Guillermo del Toro's next major motion picture, "Nightmare Alley", is getting ready to film in the Queen City and you have a chance to appear in the movie...but only if you are from Western New York!

Citrola Casting put out a casting call on Wednesday seeking "background actors of all ages and ethnicities to portray pedestrians, drivers, patrons, and more."

The scenes that the actors are sought for will be set in the 1940's. The plot of the movie is described as "a corrupt con-man teams with a psychiatrist to trick people into giving them money."

All background actors will be paid and should expect a 12 to 14 hour day of filming. The scenes are expected to be shot near the end of February in 2020. All background must be local to Buffalo (within 1.5 hrs of Buffalo).
