BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Group Ministries is looking for donations to continue its mission of handing out free bags of PPE to communities hit hard by the spread of COVID-19.
Volunteers have distributed 5,000 bags to the Buffalo community since March. Each bag contains hand sanitizer, masks and latex gloves.
Volunteers distributed more bags Monday outside the organization's headquarters on Jefferson Avenue - a neighborhood that has seen high rates of infections.
Anyone looking to donate can contact Group Ministries at 259-8039 or drop off donations at 1333 Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo.
