ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — Brad Rowell and Caryn Dujanovich-Rowell, the owners of Grange Community Kitchen in Hamburg, are bringing a new restaurant to Ellicottville.
Brad, Caryn and Grange sous chef Anthony Petrilli have formed a new partnership to open the restaurant at 23 Washington Street in Ellicottville.
We were approached by the building owner about the space. We decided we loved Ellicottville and really wanted to be a part of the community and the already vibrant restaurant community.
The space, which has undergone renovations, will seat 85 and have a space for events on the second floor. A second floor patio that overlooks the HoliMont ski slopes will also be included.
The restaurant, which doesn't have a name yet, will focus on small seasonally-inspired plates and is expected to have a full liquor license.
The owners hope to open in early fall, with dinner Thursday through Sunday and brunch on the weekends.
