Grand Island man admits to sexually abusing child

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Grand Island man pleaded guilty to one count of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree Thursday, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

26-year-old Jacob Beach admitted between September 2017 and December 2017, he engaged in oral sexual conduct with a child victim less than 11 years old on multiple occasions at a location in the Town of Grand Island.

Beach and his girlfriend were the subject of a search by the U.S. Marshals Service following a grand jury indictment against the couple for predatory sexual assault against a child and other charges. He was captured in Florida.

He remains remanded without bail and faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on May 28th.
