LEWISTON, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Park Police and firefighters rescued an unconscious woman from the Niagara Gorge near Artpark in Lewiston, Wednesday morning.
First responders found the woman in between the upper and lower trails of the Niagara Gorge after a person that was walking their dog noticed the unresponsive woman and called 911.
The 41-year-old woman, who has not been identified, was taken to ECMC. Her condition is not currently available.
