LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WKBW) — A teenage girl is recovering from a sledding accident in Lockport.
According to eyewitnesses, the girl was sledding down a hill off Chestnut Ridge Road this afternoon when she lost control and hit a tree.
Rescuers used a rope system to pull her back up the hill to safety.
She was taken to Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport for treatment of minor injuries.
