BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — The Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market held its Conservation Day Saturday.
The event drew crowds to the local food and vendors. It's something Bob Weiss, the board president, said is unique.
"This market, the customer has a direct relationship with the grower," Weiss said. "The customers get to know the farmer, and they're a lot closer to the source of their food."
You can find the market at the corner of Bidwell and Elmwood from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
