STAFFORD, N.Y. (WKBW) — Genesee County officials say a Stafford man allegedly spat at a public health official and a nurse.
Authorities say 22-year-old Jordan Schultz has been charged with menacing in the third degree and reckless endangerment in second degree.
Schultz is expected to appear in Town of Stafford Court on June 9th at 9 a.m.
