BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — After several weeks of decreased gas prices, Western New Yorkers will see an uptick in prices at the pump.

According to AAA of Western and Central New York, the average price of gas per gallon in Buffalo will increase three cents from this time last week to $2.72, while increasing two cents in Batavia, and a significant six cent per gallon increase in Rochester.

This follows the incident in Saudi Arabia last week, resulting in U.S. troops sending equipment to the county and new sanctions on Iran.
