Fugitive wanted in connection with Jamestown murder case taken into custody in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A fugitive wanted in connection with a murder in Jamestown is now in custody.

Jason Talley was apprehended Monday by the Violent Fugitive US Marshal Task Force.

Talley was wanted for hindering prosecution in connection with the homicide of Brandon Holland on July 6.

Police say the homicide investigation is continuing and additional charges against Talley are pending.

He is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail.
