TOWN OF ISCHUA, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police announced a Franklinville woman has been arrested for aggravated DWI.
State police say they responded to a report of a vehicle over an embankment at the Seneca One Stop on West Shore Road in the Town of Ischua Saturday.
Upon arrival, police say they discovered 42-year-old Jessica A. Landroche who was exhibiting signs of intoxication.
Police say Landroche failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed her to have a BAC of 0.22%, nearly three times the legal limit.
Landroche was arraigned in Hinsdale Town Court and is due to appear back in February.
