BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Erie County Department of Health says Forty Thieves Kitchen & Bar on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo was shut down for operating without a health department permit to operate a restaurant or food facility.
ECDOH says the restaurant and bar was operating without the permit since August 31 when it expired. The owner of the restaurant says they are now open.
The restaurant opened in 2017 on Elmwood Avenue and Breckenridge Street.
