WHEATFIELD, N.Y. (WKBW) — A former Lewiston police officer will serve one year of interim probation after admitting to unlawful surveillance.

Alexander Ruckh appeared before a judge in Town of Wheatfield Court on Tuesday.

Ruckh will be on probation for the year and is expected to have a final sentencing in January 2021.

Prosecutors say Ruckh recorded video of a woman changing her clothes in a locker room on three or four occasions from Spring 2017 to Summer 2017.
