NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WBKW) — Niagara Falls police got a call just after midnight March 7 about a suspicious vehicle which led to the arrest of 35-year-old Keith Milks.

When police arrived at a Pineledge West address they saw a car turn down a street, park a car, and turn the lights off.

A man wearing latex gloves and dark clothes got out of that car and started running.

When deputies followed the footprints he left in the snow, police say they found a number of cars that had been opened, but nothing was stolen.

Milks was arrested and charged with trespassing.
Police say he's on parole for grand larceny and is now being held at the Erie County Holding Center.
