CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Resurrection Life Food Pantry in Cheektowaga is in need of 200 meal kits to help feed a total of 900 families in the Cheektowaga area.
The pantry is asking the public to drop off completed bags that cost around $10. Each bag will help feed a family of four.
The bags should contain:
- 1 box of mashed potatoes
- 2 cans of green beans
- 2 cans of corn
- 1 box of studding
- 1 can of gravy
- 1 can of cranberry sauce
The 900 turkeys needed have already been donated.
Dropoffs can be made at 2145 Old Union Road to the food pantry. They are accepting donations until November 26th.
