Firefighter injured during fire in vacant Buffalo home

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo firefighter suffered minor injuries while battling a two-alarm fire in a vacant structure Saturday night.

Fire officials say the incident took place on Hamlin Road, the fire started on the first floor of a structure that was vacant and under renovation.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, damage is estimated at $195,000.
