BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Buffalo man, on parole after pleading guilty to starting a fire that killed his young son, has been arrested again.

Last year, Joseph Conti admitted to a judge that he was responsible for a house fire that claimed the life of 7-year-old Anthony Conti. Conti was sentenced to five years probation.

On Saturday, Buffalo Police arrested Conti after an incident at a Buffalo home. According to the police report, Conti pushed a woman to the ground and threatened people in the home in front of children.

Conti has been charged with 2 counts of harassment and 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
