SNYDER, N.Y. (WKBW) — Farmers and Artisans has been selling locally sourced produce for the last ten years and, like many businesses, has made COVID-19 related changes.

"It's sort of personalized grocery shopping for groceries and food," owner Julie Blackman said.

Farmers and Artisans is only allowing a maximum of two people inside.

They tell the employees what they want and the shopping is done for them.

You could also shop online or over the phone and a worker will put the groceries in your car.

A lot of the produce sold at Farmers and Artisans is grown just a few miles from the Snyder location.

It's creating an opportunity for these local farms who are in need of help with the slowdown of the restaurant business.

"They've lost their accounts with the restaurants, so we offer an opportunity to help sell products that are being produced," Blackman said.
