GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WKBW) — Fantasy Island which closed in February has begun accepting refund request forms.
The park has posted a refund request form to its website that you can find here.
The refund request form is for 2020 Season Passes, 2020 Dining Plans, 2020 Premium Bottles, and 2020 Premium Buckets.
As part of the form the park says:
"All refunds are subject to purchase verification. The refunded amount is determined by calculating the amount paid per qualifying product if purchased outright, or the amount paid per upgrade to a qualifying product. Web transaction fees do not qualify for a refund. Free upgrades to a season pass and/or donations do not qualify for a refund."
The park also says if you have already disputed charges through your credit card or bank you do not qualify for an additional refund.
