BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — While the world was changing due to COVID-19, the Srokas' world changed as their 24-week-old son was admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Sister's of Charity Hospital.
"Nobody truly knows what it is like to have a baby in the NICU during the pandemic," said Danielle Sroka, the mother of Jackson Sroka.

The Srokas credit the NICU at Sister's with saving their baby, so to give back, they are hoping to raise money for new equipment.
"We want to say thank you and show gratitude for everyone in that hospital," Sroka said.
Donations can be made via GoFundMe, the link to that can be found here.
