WYOMING COUNTY, N.Y. (WKBW) — A former treasurer is now facing Grand Larceny, accused of ripping off a youth soccer league in Wyoming County.
Investigators say 56-year-old Thomas Foote stole more than $21,000 from the league between August 8, 2013 to November 7, 2018 for his own personal use.
The Arcade man was arraigned in Warsaw Village Court and release on his own recognizance.
